Our wellness services are one-on-one sessions that support stress relief, nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and energy alignment. Each session is designed to help you leave feeling more grounded, clear, and restored.

Chakra Balancing
Chakra Balancing is an energy-based session focused on restoring balance across the seven main chakras. When a chakra is overactive or underactive, it can show up as feeling ungrounded, emotionally reactive, mentally foggy, or disconnected from your usual sense of clarity.
In this session, you’ll rest comfortably while your practitioner works with the chakra system to support clearing and rebalancing. We begin with a brief check-in so the session has direction, then the majority of the time is spent in quiet, guided work to help you settle and reset.
You’ll walk away feeling more centered and clear, with a stronger sense of internal steadiness. Many also notice that it’s easier to breathe fully, focus, and respond rather than react.
Great For: Emotional balance, mental clarity, grounding, energy alignment, and support during stressful or transitional seasons.
Hand Yoga
Hand Yoga is a focused session designed to relieve tension in the hands, wrists, and forearms, especially from repetitive movement and daily strain. This is supportive if you type often, use your hands for work, strength train, or notice tightness through the wrists and forearms.
Your session includes assisted stretches and focused pressure techniques to support mobility and release. The work is targeted, slow, and intentional, with clear communication throughout so pressure stays within your comfort level.
You’ll walk away with lighter hands, more ease through the wrists, and less gripping through the forearms. Many clients also notice the shoulders and neck soften as a result.
Great For: Wrist and forearm tension, hand fatigue, repetitive strain, stiffness, and relaxation.
Foot Yoga
Foot Yoga is designed to support the feet and ankles, release lower body tension, and encourage circulation. This is a grounding session that can feel deeply restorative, especially if you spend long hours standing, have tight ankles, or carry tension in the lower legs.
Your session includes assisted stretching and focused pressure techniques through the feet, ankles, and lower legs to ease tightness and support mobility. The goal is simple, relief and reset.
You’ll walk away feeling lighter in the feet, more open through the ankles, and more relaxed throughout the body. Many clients leave feeling calmer and more grounded.
Great For: Foot and ankle tension, standing fatigue, lower leg tightness, circulation support, and deep relaxation.
Reiki Healing
Reiki is a Japanese practice rooted in the lineage of Usui Reiki, established by Mikao Usui. At its heart, Reiki is a practice of returning to balance. It was created to support inner steadiness, peace, and a calm mind, especially during seasons when life feels heavy or demanding.
In a Reiki session, we begin with a brief check-in so the session has direction. From there, you’ll rest comfortably while Reiki is offered through intentional hand placements. The session is quiet and supportive, giving your system space to settle.
Many notice their breath deepen, their mind soften, and their body release tension. Reiki is often chosen for stress support, emotional regulation, and energetic alignment. It can also be received alongside other forms of care as a supportive wellness practice. You’ll walk away feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded, with a sense of ease that often carries beyond the session.

Sound Healing
Sound Healing is a restorative session that uses vibration and tone to support relaxation, nervous system care, and emotional release. You’ll rest comfortably while therapeutic instruments are played to create a soundscape that helps the body relax and the nervous system settle.
We begin with a brief check-in so the session has direction, then you’ll be guided into stillness. As the session moves, many notice the breath slow down, tension release through the jaw, neck, shoulders, and belly, and the mind become quieter.
Sound Healing is supportive when stress has been running high, when rest has been hard to access, or when you feel like you’ve been carrying too much for too long. It can also support you if you want a meditative experience and would like help getting there. You’ll walk away feeling calmer, clearer, and more restored.
Great For: Deep relaxation, stress relief, nervous system support, emotional release, improved sleep, and mental clarity.
Thai Yoga Bodywork
Thai Yoga Bodywork is rooted in traditional Thai healing practices. It is done on the floor on a Thai mat and blends assisted stretching with energy line work to support mobility, flexibility, and overall balance.
We begin with a brief check-in so the session reflects what your body needs. From there, your practitioner guides you through supported stretches and intentional positioning to help open areas that hold tightness. The session follows traditional energy pathways known as Sen lines, supporting both physical release and energetic flow. Sessions are adapted to your comfort level and flexibility. You do not need to be flexible to receive Thai Yoga Bodywork.
Many leave feeling more open through the hips, shoulders, and spine, with greater ease in movement and a calmer internal state. You’ll walk away feeling lighter, more open, and more connected in your body.
